As a Texas Southern University graduate obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social work and an Associated degree of Art studying photography and photoshop. Cleveland, TX native Darren McKinney has an undeniable eye for photography.

Social media, friends, and family noticing his keen eye for the perfect photo opportunities, led him to shoot the wedding of a childhood friend. He realized that he had a true passion for photography, and founded dlmvisuals in 2017- specializing in portraits, graduations, maternity, couples, weddings, headshots, and corporate events.

Maintaining a high amount of clientele by word-of-mouth and social media- he is a photographer for Houston’s Largest independent news source, Houston Press; providing high-quality images for their biggest events in Houston, Texas.
