Is all pricing final?

All prices are subject to change.

How soon do I have to notify you if I want to reschedule or cancel my booking?

Please notify us 72 hours in advance for canceling/rescheduling photoshoots / video shoots. For all other services please feel free to email us at info@dlmvisuals.com.

Can I request an expedited delivery?

Rush options are available per request and each additional retouched image is $20.  Clients may request adjustments and we will attempt to accommodate all requests.

Can I see an example of what you mean by “photo retouching”?

What is the booking deposit percentage?

A non-refundable 50% retainer deposit is required to book all photography
and videography services.

How do I receive my photoshoot/video shoot files back from you?

The client will receive the untouched images in a private online gallery for review. The client will then select the images they want to be retouched/edited. Following the selection, please allow 1-2 weeks for the delivery of the retouched images.

What if I want a refund on completed work?

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for completed work.

How long will my photoshoot and video shoot files be available after they are delivered to me?

Once your images are delivered, the images will be available for download for 30 days.

What will the studio session include?

Studio includes a backdrop color of choice (depending on color availability),
chairs and stools.

What if I’m interested in having an outdoor photoshoot or video shoot?
